Aerial work vehicle slewing drive

The slewing drive of aerial work vehicles is the core component of aerial work slewing. Not only can it improve work efficiency, but it can also ensure the safety of work operations. It is not an ordinary rotary drive, but has made a lot of optimized designs.

First, the end face runout is 0.01-0.05mm, which means that the terminal working platform can maintain a high degree of stability and consistency when working at high altitudes and rotating. Effectively reduces instability caused by end face runout.

Secondly, the bearing clearance can be 0-0.05mm. When the aerial work vehicle is working, the working arm is relatively long. Excessive bearing clearance will cause the gap to increase, causing instability at the working terminal. Small bearing clearance ensures that the system maintains stable mechanical performance during long-term operation.

Furthermore, the rotation accuracy of aerial work vehicles must be controlled between 0.03-0.1°, so that the rotation cannot be stuck or the gap must be too large, causing the terminal to shake. High rotation accuracy reduces angular errors and makes the terminal workbench more stable.

Finally, self-locking performance is another significant advantage of slew drive systems. When the aerial work vehicle stops or operates at a high altitude, the self-locking performance can prevent accidental rotation due to external forces, ensuring the safety and stability of the operation.
